SACRED RAGE

Authentic Anger for Women

Where suppressed fire becomes clarity, boundaries and deep self-trust.

The rose has thorns.

Not because she is dangerous.
But because she is alive.

Ember & Thorn · Sacred Rage is where it begins

We were never taught how to feel anger.
We were taught how to fear it.

What if anger
was never the problem?

Anger is not asking to consume you.
It is asking to be heard.

What if it was the part of you that has been protecting your truth all along?

A wisdom of the body. A messenger of the soul. A protector of what is sacred.

Sacred Rage is not about becoming more angry.

It is about learning to listen to the wisdom beneath the fire — not something to fix, not something to release, but something to finally be in relationship with.

Amberlee

Amberlee is an embodiment practitioner and devotee to the divine feminine, trained in Sacred Rage through Maya Luna. She supports women in coming into a loving, sacred relationship with their bodies and their innate feminine essence.

Her passion is guiding women through the unraveling of social conditioning, old belief systems and ancestral patterning that have kept them frozen, numb and disconnected from life — including, and especially, from their anger.

Acting as a loving witness, she helps women cultivate safety in the body, move through stored tension, guilt and shame, and reconnect with the instinct, boundaries and fire that conditioning taught them to abandon.

She also holds space for women through Temple of Rose, her practice devoted to sacred sensuality and feminine embodiment — a related, distinct body of work for those called to that territory too.

Adapted from the Temple of Rose bio you gave me — see my note below on what changed and why.

I did not come to this
work from the outside.

For as long as I can remember, I have been drawn to the parts of the feminine we're taught to keep hidden — the beautiful and the unbearable both. Anger was one of those territories for me.

Over the years I explored many ways of working with anger. Some were profoundly liberating — they gave me permission to feel what had long been suppressed. And yet something still felt incomplete.

I was looking for a relationship with anger that was not only expressive, but devotional. Not only releasing, but nourishing. I knew there was something holy inside anger — I just didn't yet have the language for it.

Training with Maya Luna and becoming a Sacred Rage facilitator gave shape to that longing. For the first time, I experienced anger not as intensity or discharge, but as an inner warmth. A quiet fire.

A nervous system that had long known collapse began, slowly, to thaw. I found energy returning. Strength where I once collapsed. A spine where there was uncertainty.

Perhaps what surprised me most: Sacred Rage supported me to become more loving.

As I learned to protect what is precious, I became more available to tenderness, intimacy and connection. That ferocity is love. That boundaries can deepen self-intimacy. That anger, held in relationship, can become medicine.

This work is not something I teach from the outside. It is a living relationship that continues to shape me — and it is my honour to walk beside other women as they discover that the fire they feared may, in fact, be the warmth that brings them home.

Sacred Rage is the
first doorway.

Not the entire house. This is a growing body of work — and every doorway, open or not yet, starts from the same place.
